Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a credit purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.

Fill in the form and press Confirm withdrawal. We email you a confirmation straight away, and refund the unused credits of the purchase to your original payment method within 14 days. Credits already spent on finished generations are not refunded. You can also send your declaration to hello@raywake.com. Details are in our refund policy.
