Acceptable use policy

You may not create, upload or share

• Any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, real or fictional. We report it to the authorities.
• Intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without their consent, and deceptive depictions of real people (deepfakes) meant to mislead, defame or harass.
• Content that threatens, harasses or incites violence or hatred against people or groups.
• Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or personality rights.
• Deceptive content meant to manipulate elections or public debate, or to impersonate people, companies or authorities.
• Content that is otherwise illegal where you are or where you publish it.

You may not use the service to

• Get around safety filters, rate limits, spending limits or other protections, or access accounts that are not yours.
• Overload, scrape, probe or disrupt the service, or spread malware.
• Resell access to the studio, or share API keys with people outside your organisation.
• Develop models that compete with the models you used, where their terms forbid it.
• Remove or falsify the provenance markers that models attach to results, or present realistic AI results as genuine without saying they are AI-generated.

How we enforce it

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may refuse a generation, remove content, warn you, suspend or close your account, and report illegal content to the authorities. When we act against your account we tell you why, unless the law or safety prevents it, and you can ask us to review the decision by writing to hello@raywake.com.

Report misuse

To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy or the law, write to hello@raywake.com with a description, where you found it, and why you think it is unlawful or against this policy. We review every report and tell you what we decided.
