Contact Raywake

Email hello@raywake.com from the address on your Raywake account. Describe what happened and include the generation identifier if relevant. Never send passwords, API keys, connection tokens or payment card details.

ChatGPT connections

You can disconnect an account in Settings → ChatGPT connections. Disconnecting stops future tool access; it does not cancel a generation already submitted or reverse its charge.

If a request times out, retry the original approved quote or check your recent generations before starting a replacement. A result marked as preparing is still being saved. An expired result has passed its storage period; an archive error needs support.
